In the UPS SUMMIT Series®, traditional silicon (Si) IGBT is replaced with advanced silicon carbide (SiC) semiconductors.

Thanks to SiC, higher efficiencies are achieved at all load levels due to lower switching losses, higher switching frequencies, and improved thermal conductivity range.
